1. Justice: means by using of reason or logic as well as witnesses– the whole system would serve the balance . The system would work to ensure human rights as well as animal rights. Because we, people of India care for each and everyone living with us or visiting us and we also care about our animals as well as those visiting us. Righteousness is ordinary meaning of the word but based on the experience, intuitive intelligence and grace of those working as the judges we would ensure nobody has their basic rights like right to privacy, education, freedom, liberty and equality violated. Munshi Premchand”s Panch Parameshwara is a profound narrative explaining how justice works. Justice is considered poetic or divine if you stitch enough patterns or threads but maybe not so divine if you leave it halfway through.

2. Liberty: Liberty is highest among values. Religions and hierarchical structure explained in David Lynch’s Inland Empire clearly show how Devil working via language and details tried to manipulate us since the beginning of time to forget our infinite potential as well as infinite free spirit. It invented means of entertainment and social comfort to obscure our wild adventurous spirit.

3. Equality: In principle all people are equal. We all have infinite possibilities to become limitless and to actualize it we do have an eternity. But as the saying sayeth: some people are more equal than others– we are not given as many rights as the next person because an unspoken law dictates human behaviour and intelligence. We discriminate based on wealth, clothes, ideas, lifestyles, activities and even type of hairstyles or surnames used by our people. Unless these are maintained the upper castes can’t control the lower using the religion and hierarchical structure which has currency as its foundation stone. The wealthy one percent make a joke of law and rest of the people whose life has no value and who are merely waiting to be used by this party or that by this business house or that by this land Mafia or that.

4. Fraternity: only when the first three are taken care of we would have an Upanishadi fraternity amongst all people on Earth and beyond. Not before that. Education is first and foremost right like food for all people who live here. If education was given population density and explosion wouldn’t have been snoring with rings of fire like Corona in your ears and eyes. Yes: organic farming and ancient ritualistic sacrifice actually overpowers the mere 70 years old constitution which has heavily borrowed from that of USA and UK. How much is common will be clear only after a thorough study.
