Another Dark Night Ends!

1. Took me 54 minutes to register 20 books.

2. Couldn’t bypass conversation of Nachiketa with Yama. The lure of Brahmavidya. I read about it in a book when I was six years old. The word Moksha means liberation. I later developed a vocabulary with at least 40 words for the concept of enlightenment or awakening. Did a guest post on James Harbeck’s blog on the same. The book “Tales From Upanishads,” has been written by Shri Shankar Dattatreya Dev and translated by Shrimati Shakuntala Pathak.

3. Came across Belgian author Matter link’s play Shab-e-taar or Dark Night. The book has been translated by Premchand. The standard preface in Urdu has been rendered beautifully with glossary of terms in the footnote. I clearly recall getting this book issued in the last iteration of registration. I enjoyed it a bit. Premchand was master of Hindu as well as Urdu prose.

4. Another dark night ends. It’s the truth realm. I know the way in and out of it. I had a brief discussion with the librarian as we sat outside his naturopathy clinic. It’s the dawn of the gods as per the Hindu calender.

Couple of harmonies!

1. I bowled only twenty times this morning. I ran more than I bowled.

2. I listened music and played vocabulary jam.

3. I need to play more and write more.

4. It’s a day with harmony: 11112020. There are two pairs. It’s also the eleventh lunar day as per Hindu calender. I spotted Leo Moon and Venus from roof this morning.

5. Yesterday a miracle happened. I bought a laptop in 2010. I spent a lot of money on getting it repaired. Final repairing rendered it useless. Two thousand rupees wasted! After couple of years: yesterday evening as I was playing ball with the students of my class in my room: Vandana came asking for password. I was surprised. Rahul was successful in booting it up. He wants to work. I deleted some old files. It’s working but it’s not for me. I renounced it once in 2013, then again in 2018. Now it’s the final renunciation. This smartphone needed many sacrifices to reach to my hands.

6. Now that election results are out: I need to figure out how my employment as a freelancer might become more lucrative. If they come up with greater Corona hullabaloo: it might take exercise and playing away from people again. Unemployed people are counting on new regimes.

7. A Tohu Verse to celebrate the occasion:

Election ion lectern in turn intern

Wednesday angels light festivity

Darkness increases

Raise the purple lantern

Watch the play

Dance the dance

Drink the ambrosia!

8. Soon another election. Business as usual.

Updates and thanks!

1. This blog now has 100 followers. For some mysterious reasons: 91 to 100 followers took a long time. This time around I didn’t follow the followers. I just kept the records and narrated the events in the best way I could. I didn’t steal copyright images or ideas from others. My WordPress blogs taught me a lot about keeping records.

2. Thanks everyone. Thanks for everything.
