1. Cranes are roaming in the field. Yellow butterflies flutterby. A kingfisher is basking in the Sun on a branch of a tree. Its counterpart comfortably perched down near group of white birds. A bird on top of the hut before me looks for a while at me then looks right. Another blackbird on another branch. A kite is flying in the sky. I haven’t seen Magpie Robin since last few days. The sky has been portraying many visuals worthy of being appreciated.
2. I played five vocabulary jams. Kavita J was one of the top scorers. I intend to play more. In one of the jams where I got a score of 830, the timer of the quiz slowed down so much that we could all score 100 points on most of the questions. On other quizzes it often moves randomly: sometimes where I deserve 100 points I only get 40. Yet: it’s not to dispute superior skill of some players like PC and Claire G. They have been scoring consistently.
3. Filled water for kitchen.
4. Put the tall Gandhi picture back to library.
5. It was put before Gandhi statue for observing silence. The statue was established by some social servants about 70 years ago on Gandhi jayanti.
6. Plucked 54 marigold flowers from Biotic Farm.
7. Sweeped library floor. And verandah.
8. Helped remove chador after assembly ended.
9. Prayers, recitation of poetry and speeches.
Here are the pictures I could capture:

1. Some mist from the air settles on my eyeglasses before I settle on the piece of chair under the neem tree. I cleanse it. I hear the birds and the vehicles of milkmen going towards the town talk something about the “halaal” and “haraam”: trefa and kosher of Jews. I see ultraviolet clouds on the eastern horizon with a pink hue as a kingfisher flies towards the wire bound to the poll. I see pieces of nets woven by spiders hanging in the air. Flying. Sparrows sing. Moon is visible in the Southern direction and I can see Moonflower too and a baby owl was opening its wings as I was passing through the railway station where I didn’t sit for tea as it was crowded. I have my children carry me to the town.
Five Marks for spotting the Moon
2. I have no children.
. 3. There are dogs smelling each other’s asses. Ashes to ashes dust to dust. You must assess the passerby. There was a girl whose face seemed to be frozen.
4. Since it rained last evening and some in night the weather is pleasant. I read back my ideas and find that I do like the sound of my own voice. I downloaded snake app after it was recommended by mister Sardana. Mister Sarda never catches cold and other girls try to mimick his reading style. I can watch videos again.
5. I can’t see the stick I had thrown in the bushes. The chubby guy said “jack” before he let me pass through his street. His lane was different and I could have passed in silence but he needed to weave a story which would be completed later in the day when Ironmen are hard at work with police. The kid in the big wheel did not speak.
6. The city is turning into the Gotham city of DC comics. I just threw a leech off of my feet. I got another job offer but it might be a trap. I clearly know the pain of demonstrating my skills before they hire me. I am not sure if this job will be a good one or a bad one.
7. I need monies for teas and croanies. I am no taxpayer because I live below poverty line. I need a job as I am hungry for some food.
8. And they say I consider myself above my station in life. Whatever works for you. I have had enough of my current job and would like to get a change. A guy released 9 mules opening a shutter where they were resting during the night.
9. I belong to the cabal of gutka spotters. They make their marks wherever they go. You should be ashamed of yourself.
10. I had ease of operation ration had finished Finnish dish met metempsychotic hotspot photoshoot tooth sabertooth Bluetooth headset go goanna. Remember to say thank you to your beautiful host.
11. The Sun is visible now. I salute it.
… 12. It was not very crowded today. The guy with swastika painted on the wall of his house owns a black dog and he wanted to make his presence known like the white loud girl wearing the sleeveless. Being youngsters they’re impressionable. As for myself: I didn’t want to leave any even in my school days. If I ever enquired them about something that had happened it was merely to test and learn about their cache and read only memory. To check if they were as mindful as I was when the memory was created. Now I’m saying this in my mind but it’s only a memory.
13. Venus entered the sign Cancer yesterday. It’s a Friday. People leave no opportunity to show that as a member of some cult or faction they have done something graceful and they remain oblivious to the dancing light which is the ground of reality . In a group of three people I was the only one to have escaped it.
1. Today there were two of them. One was sitting on earth and the other on a branch. Seeing me, they flew to a branch, looking curiously at me as I drew out the phone to capture their image. I think you can spot them easily in this picture though I had to zoom out fully in order to take it. The two were not a pair of young birds but an eagle and a hawk.
2. Goddess Laxmi who confers prosperity has owl as vehicle as per the myth. Mollock worship is well documented in western rituals. My net worth right now is 55 rupees and it was 5:55 AM when I took the shot. I see, there is a vehicle in the temple, but it is the temple god’s own vehicle, not an ordinary one like the temple carriage.
3. A crow, a sparrow and a flock of birds flying towards East. They all sing. My net worth could have been more if it was not for the sudden lucky draw in which the father of one of my students invested 2500 rupees. He said their power supply was cut because they couldn’t pay the bill. He was also waiting to get admission in his school for lack of funds. The other student is waiting to get enough money to buy a mobile phone without which his online classes can’t continue. The one who lost the bet is waiting to get back his money and he is a very honest boy.
4. The Sun is rising gradually. Taxi passes with a song. A bull is laying lazily whereas a red dragonfly was dead. A crane has begun to sing a song. Kingfishers are having their heydays as ample amount of food is available. Yesterday, I spotted at least six to seven of them. A family of seven red-breasted robins are chirping a song.
5. Here you’ve date trees, eucalyptus trees, shrubs and mango trees and many many electric polls. I started earlier today and the quiet dark walk until the second tea stall which was yet not opened was mostly me and my thoughts. I was glad that I did this because I was not hungry and I did not intend to buy anything.
6. The wrappers of the peppermint mixtures lay here. Reminding me of past few weeks. My life at present was somehow more mature.
7. I would continue to write until it is time for the news. Then I would stop. I would sit down on a bench nearby.
8. And enjoy morning tea with snacks. It would be the second tea. You might say I am addicted to tea but actually it’s the sugar which gives me energy to continue through the day. The habit is so ingrained in my body that whenever I am on a long journey I carry a flask of tea with me.
9. No, I don’t. I prefer tea stalls. It’s quiet here and I can sit and enjoy tea without a lot of bother.
10. You see many types of characters on tea stalls and they inspire you to write better stories. I would love to know about their stories and if they have any interesting settings.
11. One of them talks nonsense but it’s a funny kind of nonsense better than sensical talk of so called mature people. Most so called wise people talk about money or nationalism. Younger ones talk about women. You won’t find people talking about time travel on tea stalls and somehow if they do, they would most certainly be cigarette smokers who have watched couple of dozens of pirated hollywood flicks. So, what kind of stories do you write?
12. I have traveled in time. I have yet to meet another who says so. Leave alone meeting one who can travel at will. I have not met such a one anywhere else in the world.
13. Today is Monday, ruled by the Moon. Synchronicity has it: the north and south nodes of moon rule the day. The last day of the month. August ends. The south node of the Moon rules August.
1. Two birds on wire were nuzzling each other. A buffalo was singing a song in a strange voice. The Sun shone brightly and there were no rainbows.
2. There was a bus without any passengers or staff, parked just about a hundred metres away from the pipe where the truck had toppled. I feel it’s obvious that there were very few people on the way as I started walking. I was thinking about the possibility of waiting for the tea on the second stall. But it was not open at all. There were some players in the railway ground. They were singing the song of the brotherhood.
3. The parasite on the shepherd’s shoulder was there since yesterday, when he went to cut the grass off. The smoking man was talking about the theft that happened recently. The father was telling the kids to come back and take a rest.
4. The third kingfisher sat on the neem tree. It started speaking in a strange tongue. It wanted me to believe in something I didn’t believe before. The conviction that new identities related to events and people which are new are actually ancient is one of them. It’s contrary to the recency illusion in which you develop a delusion that something is recent whereas it’s actually ancient: for example the word ‘methinks,’ is not new and it’s found in Shakespeare but I was convinced that it was recent when I first encountered it. I saw indra’s net and I saw its signboard along with damsels. The dreams are akin to waking life if you have enough deja vu. Sometimes, in the true sense of deja vu, the signs of the presence of some past event are so strong that you can mistake that event for the present event.
5. Breeze is soothing. There was a cricket on the shirt and it kept chirping. The people developed a new trait: to show some artificial damage just to satiate some gossipmonger, because yes, you understand what righteousness or knowledge truly is: playing the ancient game of counting ducks and doing reparations. Strange world in which I lived is getting stranger. A biker passed by saying “yes, this is the net, indra’s net, with a billion eyes in it. I saw an insect crawling on my phone yesterday. It was a spider. “Let me take a photo of you, Mr. Spider,” she said, “to show my friends.”
6. Small cloudlets are travelling in Southern horizon. I feel relaxed. The burden of work has reduced. There was a war in which Artemis was present. Sweet birds sing lullabies now. A ray of starlight is shining here and there.
1. There were giant bats on the Ashok tree. It has started to drizzle as we were waiting near the swing. Wings of bats were spread like canopies. Batlings were battling with drizzle drops, flying zigzag. They were not there just a few days ago. An owl and half lives there too. It’s cute. A bird with a crest was sitting on an iron bar. They threw their beedi and went away. The owl with white feathers on top of the white electric poll flew away as soon as it saw me coming to take a picture. I moved out of house without an umbrella. I had walked only a few blocks when drizzling became rapid and I had to go back and pick the umbrella. The umbrella has a gaping hole on the handle.
2. The rapid movement of clouds from left to right created an exquisite scenery. I took many pictures before the second tea stall. The truck kept moving slowly until it disappeared in the horizon. It was the fourth day since its accident. I saw the deaf man before the narrow passage. He was trying to tell about yesterday’s bus accident. I tried to grasp his sign language. It rained and umbrella came in handy for saving torso. The deaf man said his name was Li Ning.
3. I got a job offer yesterday evening. The timings need to be adjusted. I also need to explore another direction for an examination. The days are hectic. He will see her in a day or two.
4. She was looking at him with intrest but he had no time for her. The customs. People are enjoying good weather. He plans to have a discussion with his father.
5. The discussion about breeding is a fundamental discussion. The second hand was moving without jerk and it was time. The stuffed tomatoes were singing ginseng songs. The father is thinking about the son.
6. The dancing lord is dancing an amazing dance. I don’t pay any heed to gossips. I don’t have anything to look forward to. Nor do I have anything to look backwards. It has all been erased. The teacher came and stood on the left side.
A squirrel is trying to nibble at the blue shirt hanging on a pillar.
A lizard looked out of ventilation of the bathroom yesterday, near the same place as it was raining cats and gods.
Dragonflies and horseflies,
Buzzing zing,
Amazing birds,
Though he charges ten rupees per tea,
How does he maintain the same quality per serving,
Is a mystery. I have served tea.
It’s drizzling and a piece of plastic chair is my seat under the neem tree.
If I were asked to live a memory of this life again,
It would be this.
The tree leaves are dancing,
And all the faces which were familiar to me have completely been erased from my memory.
The freight train passes at random times. The passenger and the express are no longer running. I look towards the track which might be used as the pathway in Winter.
I was reading a book on bee-keeping. I came across this word “eaves.” It’s not something I knew so I looked it up. It was defined as the part of the building where roof meets the wall. I knew by the context: it was not a plural of eave. I found that “eaves” was also used in the sense of “the eaves.” I am fond of etymology. Eavesdropping is a fairly popular word. Every ethics book tells it’s unethical. Government does it to control and manipulate us. Corporate world is full of scandals Is it all right to eavesdrop? She asked. No. I talked about it. People talk about things freely only when they know they won’t be betrayed by infringement. The full name of the custom is “open exposure, or open exposure”.

Birds are returning to their nests. They are little birds, and the mothers are very angry with them. Piglet gimcrack rucksack backpack acknowledged ledgerdemain. One mother bird is not happy. As it has a toothache. This is because the other mother bird has a bad temper and she scratched it.

Birds are returning to the nest nearby. Bats are swinging. Hovering over the balls and snowballing lingas boiling springs eaten up pun. “This is the nest of birds,” says the crow. You are not the same. Since you saw the pictures here this weekend. The twilight is crimson…and the towers look forward to hearing from you. The sun, having blazed high in the sky, is about to set. Now it seems to have settled into the lap top of toppled rock. Crossroads are literally lit up by bicycle battery. “Hurry!
I woke up with wonderful dark clouds all around. Birds are chirping around me. Some of them are heading to their offices. All plants and trees look green and fresh. Air is cool with water sprinkler as I walk on roof clicking pictures. I kept thinking about you. I feel your absence from the back of my heart. I was wondering if there was any compulsion which made you respond to every single call. I guess I’ll have to reach out and touch you. You move my heart. Too profound to describe it. It’s like this most comfortable presence: all doubts and seeking is lost in it. I find myself at home. Beyond worries. Beyond holding.
1.I had a walk inside the stadium. It was after the yoga inside Gandhi Smarak Bhavan. It was open for walk after a long time. Some people were playing cricket inside. I think they were policewale.
2. I observed a bunch of bricks outside my house. They’re planning on construction upstairs. It clearly means noise. Then maybe tenants. Why not. They have money to pay for the bricks but if I ask-mummy would land in Egypt, Cairo. She would say – it’s borrowed. If I wait to recount the number of times they have gone back on their words in the last 8 years or even in the last 8 months- it will be an altercation. What can I do. If I really try to leave…They will use their contacts and police to ensure that much ado is created about nothing. Hence I choose to keep mum and vent here. If my siblings had not made false promises 6 months ago. If my father wasn’t an inveterate liar. If that cat hadn’t made this phone fall; resulting in cracking of an already cracked screen and spoiling of the keypad…. would I have been less wiser?
3. I had a walk to the lake. I observed clouds. Bats and chatted with you. I enjoyed listening to bats who were flying and banging upside down on Ashvath tree. I took some pictures.
4.
5. I got to port the SIM card to idea. I walked back listening to music and saving myself from traffic. I filled the bike tank with petrol worth fifty rupees. I need it every four days or maybe six. It’s costly for someone who earns as little as I do with no previous savings left in hand( my greedy parents and siblings.) I would have bought a bicycle if I could afford. That about sums my day today. Another Saturday. Tomorrow is another occultation. Syzgy. Equinox. Solstice.
